A tutorial for image sequence based Eyelid rigs. Regarding Unity, I suspect you'd have to redo the animations in code with some sophisticated shader (Unless Unity3d supports importing raw attribute data. I which case I'd be impressed o.o)
The next step is to see if all of these fancy animations move over to unity cleanly.
